OUR KEY MANAGEMENT MEMBERS AND STAFF

Mr. Richard Quartey-Papafio has ten (10) years post qualification experience in Civil Engineering practice, mainly in Procurement Management, Project Management, Civil Works and Highways Engineering. He also has seven (7) years of experience in Procurement and Monitoring and Evaluation. He is a graduate of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Mr. Quartey- Papafio has dealt with a lot of projects for the Ministry of Roads and Highways of Ghana (MRH) and private individuals.

Ing. Quartey-Papafio is a member of the Ghana Institute of Engineers. He has an outstanding experience in various projects.

He has mainly been involved in procurement of works, goods and services for the MRH, these include the procurement of Road Construction Works, Civil Works and Consultancy Services for design, supervision and auditing of various Road Infrastructural Projects and other Civil Works including Building Construction and has been involved in Construction Management

Ing. Okyere has 10 years post qualification experience as a Civil Engineer largely in the branch of Structural and Construction management practice.

He is a graduate of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, has a Diploma in Project Management from Institute of Commercial management, UK and with MSc. Engineering and Management from Coventry-UK. Ing. Okyere is a member of the Ghana Institute of Engineers. He has an outstanding experience in various projects. He has undertaken lots of projects for various Government Agencies, District Assemblies, Educational & Religious Institutions and Private Individuals.

He was the managing consultant for HODIDI Realty. He consults for Golden Exotic, Devtraco Plus, Imperial Homes, Apolonia and several other real estate and housing companies in Ghana.

Ing. Jack Asare Awuku is a qualified professional Highway/ Transportation Engineer with over 10 years’ experience in Transportation/Highway and Civil Infrastructure projects. He is experienced in Road and Drainage Designs. Ing. Asare Awuku has several years’ experience in Transportation Modelling and Planning, Transport Assessments and Appraisals, Public Transport Concepts, Feasibility Studies, Transport Economic Analysis in Ghana and its environs.

He also has experience in Sustainable Transportation and detailed civil (infrastructural) designs and construction supervision.

Ing. Asare Awuku is a registered professional engineer of the Ghana Institution of Engineers (GhIE).

In addition to his BSc obtained from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, he also holds a Master’s Degree in Transportation Systems from the Technische Universität München, Germany and other several trainings in transport – related courses. Ing. Asare Awuku has also worked as a Road/Highway Design Engineer on a lot of multinational and donor funded roads and infrastructural projects in Ghana and Uganda. Again, he has a wealth of experience in Management roles on major transport and road projects involving feasibility studies, preliminary and detail design and construction supervision of projects. Amongst the projects he has worked on are Giffard Park Project, Hamlet Project, Awoshie – Pokuase Road, Apolonia, Oyarifa Park Project, etc.

Mr. Dennis Kwakye is an Accountant and an Administrator with a multi-dimensional background in Projects Accounting and Finance acquired through academic and on the job training and experience. A result driven team player who is professional and competent in his field of work.

He holds an H.N.D. from the Accra Technical University in 2011 and in the final part of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana). Mr. Kwakye has 8 years post qualification experience in Accounting and administration. Prior to joining Scroll Consult, he held roles with SMEC International Limited, an Australian base Civil Engineering Consultancy Firm and has successfully managed a 14.5million Dollar MiDA Compact Project and other projects as a Project Accountant. He has an appreciative Construction Management practice and manages and provides the resources for work.

Mr. Korsah Ansah has 10 years post qualification experience as a quantity Surveyor in the area of Building cost analysis, Value Engineering, Cost planning & Advice and Cost control.

A graduate of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology with BSc. Building Technology. He is a member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors. He has an exceptional experience in various projects. He has undertaken lots of projects for various Corporate organizations, Government Agencies, Educational & Religious Institutions and Private Individuals.

Ing. Abba is a Civil / Structural engineer with 11 years working experience in the design and construction supervision of civil and structural works. He has Knowledge and work experience in the following areas: Roadworks, water supply, construction project management, structural engineering, general civil works, quality control and material testing and site safety.

He is a graduate of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and holds BSc. Civil Engineering and a member of Ghana Institution of Engineers. He has undertaken lots of projects for various Government Agencies, Educational & Religious Institutions and Private Individuals.

Mr Frank Neizer Ackwonu is a Civil/ Structural Engineer with 14 years’ post qualification experience in the design and construction supervision of civil and structural works. He is responsible for supervising the construction of various projects in and out of Accra. He has extensive experience in the design and supervision of high-rise structures.

He holds a Bsc. Civil Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and HND (Civil Eng.) from Takoradi Polytechnic. He has undertaken projects for various Government Agencies, Religious Institutions and Private Individuals.

Prior to forming A.O. Stephens Law Consult, he worked with Dubik, Onny and Associates; Ashong Benjamin and Associates and Afriyie, Dwamena and Associates. At Dubik, Onny and Associates he engaged mainly in commercial litigation and advisory services. As an associate at Ashong Benjamin and Associates, he took a keen interest in corporate work and advised multinational corporations in matters ranging from banking, petroleum, tax, insurance, labour, land, corporate governance compliance and commercial litigation.

Stephen Owusu Adjei holds a Postgraduate L.L.B. from the University of Ghana and BL from the Ghana School of Law. He also holds a Masters of Arts Degree in Development Communication from the Ghana Institute of Journalism. He was admitted to the Ghana Bar in October 2015.

He has extensive experience in matters involving construction contracts, real estate transactions and project finance. Stephen has also developed a strong litigation practice having taken the lead in representing clients in the law courts.
