Scroll Consult Limited is a wholly owned Ghanaian limited liability construction and consultancy company founded in 2012 by Ing. Richard Quartey-Papafio and was converted into a Limited Liability Company in 2019 under the Companies code 1963 (Act 179) to undertake Building Construction, Road Construction, Civil works, Electrical Engineering and Real Estate Development. Scroll Consult Limited has a proven reputation and track record of quality and excellence, having delivered successfully on projects.
